Erik Meltzer, a longtime Washington, D.C. resident and former broadcast journalist, brings nearly 15 years of local expertise and a keen eye for storytelling to real estate. Specializing in innovative video marketing, he creates engaging narratives that showcase properties in their best light.

A resident of Cleveland Park and active community volunteer, Erik also has the expertise to assist clients looking to buy a home using cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin.

Beth DiPasquale

Beth DiPasquale, Director of Operations for The Barclay Nordlinger Team, brings a strong background in marketing, communications, and administration to her role. With experience in both for-profit and nonprofit environments in the D.C. area, she excels at optimizing efficiency while fostering strong relationships and a sense of community.

Beth plays a pivotal role in managing the back-end operations of the team, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly so that Lorraine and Erik can dedicate more time to their clients. Her practical approach to problem-solving enhances team efficiency, allowing for a seamless client experience.

An avid volunteer and supporter of Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital, Beth and her husband reside in Northern Virginia, where they are happily navigating their "empty nester" phase.

Daniel Becknell

Originally from the Washington, D.C. Metro area, Daniel Becknell is a driven and detail-oriented real estate intern with a strong interest in residential, commercial, and investment properties. He brings a solid foundation in business and finance to every client interaction, rooted in both academic excellence and hands-on experience.

Daniel is an honors student at Bentley University, where he studies Accounting with minors in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems. His background includes work at a tax accounting firm and two nonprofit organizations, where he developed a reputation for reliability, creative problem-solving, and a strong work ethic. With a unique blend of analytical skill and innovative thinking, Daniel is excited to contribute meaningfully to the Barclay Nordlinger Team while continuing to grow under the mentorship of its top professionals.
